Going through my  old notes before  discarding them as I am still on mission in "subtraction" which is also my one-word Resolution for 2018.

25 years ago, (1993}) this group of Quality professionals were called upon to advocate Total Quality Management (TQM) by SIM. Hence, the SIM TQM Interest Group was formed.

Subsequently in the year 2000, one joker (that joker being me aka FSY) changed TQM to IQM (Innovation & Quality Management) aiming to keep up with the call for innovations.

I am sharing this on social media, hopefully to be able to connect everyone back

If this group members are still around,

Hopefully we can meet at SIM or  maybe SIM Management will able to organise a makan gathering with us for a good chat!

My observation is that the pan was designed not just for right-handed people, it also has in mind the lefty, like me who are left-handed
